Whether you’re navigating anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, or relationship challenges, I work collaboratively with you to explore your inner world with greater self-compassion, clarity, and choice. A pivotal moment in my own healing came when a therapist reminded me, “You are not going to think your way through this; this is not a mind over matter situation.” That insight now deeply informs my work. I attune not only to your thoughts, but also to your nervous system cues, emotional patterns, and the deeper wisdom of your body.
I am a trauma-informed counsellor who works from a relational and body-based lens. My approach blends presence and practicality, offering a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gently shift patterns that no longer serve you.
I am passionate about evidence-based practices that support nervous system regulation and foster lasting change in patterns and traits, not just temporary relief. Rooted in the science of therapy, I incorporate psychoeducation to help you understand how small, intentional shifts can reshape the brain, calm the body, and create meaningful change over time.
In our work together, we explore not just what’s happening, but what it means. I gently help illuminate the “choice points,” those moments when you find yourself doing things you never thought you would. Rather than leaning into shame or black-and-white thinking, I invite curiosity about what deeper parts of you are seeking to be known. I believe growth often comes wrapped in messy or unexpected packaging, and I hold space for the messy middle, where old stories begin to shift and more honest versions of you can emerge.
